Located at the foot of the Blue Mountains in the picturesque Grose Valley, Carramar Park (Founded by Wayne and Pauline Alchin in 1989) offers a complete range of services for thoroughbred horses. Being within 1 hour of the Sydney CBD allows our clients a unique opportunity to regularly visit and enjoy the experience of owning thoroughbred horses.
Priding ourselves on our hands on approach to all aspects of care our services offered include:
- Agistment
- Individual spelling yards with shelters
- tree lined paddocks
- Foaling down of mares
- Walking in mares for service to all local and Hunter Valley farms
- Yearling Sale preparation for major sales
All horses on our property are fed twice daily with a diet suitable for their individual needs.
Other facilities offered include computerised undercover walking machine (which alongside general use is often used to aid rehabilitation treatment of racetrack injuries such as tendons, knee operations due to bone chips etc.)

- Rubberlined stable complex for safety

- Mare and foal vet crush with laneway system to ensure mare safety.
